Position Overview: As an Imagine Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of sales success and operational excellence. Sales efforts are focused on products and services, which generate the greatest profit potential and competitive advantage for our company. Our product suite includes Rogers GSM PCS Cellular Phones, Globalstar and Iridium Satellite Phones, Wireless Modems, Wireless PDA’s, BlackBerry™ Handhelds, and High-Speed Internet. A key focus of this position is the ability to build, sustain, and grow long-term relationships with our clients.
Job Requirements:-Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales
service
-Determine customer needs and recommend the best solution
-Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment
-Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, extended warranties, Customer Care Programs, promotions and all policies
